The Lacey City Council welcomes you!  We are here to represent the needs and interests of the citizens we serve.  We invite the public to take an active role in local government by attending meetings or serving as a representative on Lacey's Boards and Commissions.

Meeting Location

All meetings convene in the Council Chambers of Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE. The public is invited to attend.  map

Televised Meetings

Council meetings are broadcast live in the local television market on Channel 3, and rebroadcast the following two Saturdays at 12:00 a.m., the following two Mondays at 12:00 p.m., and the following Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

Boards & Commissions Openings

The Lacey City Council is currently recruiting for three vacancies on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.  Two vacancies must be representatives of businesses that collect lodging tax, and the other is for a representative involved in activities funded by lodging tax revenues.  These vacancies are open until filled.

 

The Lacey City Council is currently recruiting for youth representatives to serve on the Board of Park Commissioners, Library Board, and Historical Commission.  These vacancies are open until June 1, 2013.
