The Lacey Community Development Department has included forms and applications for the convenience of residents, business owners, and developers improving property within the community. 

 

If you have a question concerning one of the forms or applications included online, or would like further explanation on information requested on a permit, please call the Lacey Community Development Department at (360) 491-5642, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
