The City of Lacey is required by Washington State law to publish an Annual Financial Report. The report is audited by the Washington State Auditor’s Office and must conform with generally accepted accounting principles. The Annual Financial Report (AFR) includes a balance sheet, statement of changes in financial position, and a state of revenues and expenditures for combined and individual funds. This report provides a snap shot of the city’s financial position and how Lacey used its financial resources. Washington State Auditor's Office (SAO) reports are also available.
