OTHER SERVICES


The following is a brief description of other services that the Finance Department provides:

Lacey Violations Bureau

All non-criminal traffic infractions and parking tickets issued by the Lacey Police Department are handled by the Violations Bureau at Lacey City Hall.
  • Infraction payments can be made with cash, check, or money order. 
  • You can request a mitigation or contested hearing with the Violations Bureau. The City of Lacey contracts with Thurston County District Court to conduct those hearings. 
  • Payment plans are available upon request. Contact the Violations Bureau at (360) 491-3211 for more information.



Red Light Camera Photo Enforcement Violations
The Red Light Camera Photo Enforcement program is managed by American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (ATS). 

  • To view the infraction, visit the ATS website at www.violations.com and use the Notice # and PIN # from your ticket on the login screen.
  • Lacey Violations Bureau, located at Lacey City Hall, accepts only cash payments on behalf of American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (ATS). 
  • Payments by check can be mailed with the stub, to the address shown on the infraction. The address for mailed payments is: Lacey Violations Bureau-ATS, Automated Traffic Safety Camera Program, PO Box 742503, Cincinnati, OH 45274-2503.
  • Fines can be paid with a credit card and/or view the video of your infraction at www.violationinfo.com. Credit/debit card payments and general inquiries can be made by calling ATS Customer Service at (866) 790-4111.
  • Hearing requests or Declarations of Non-Responsibility must be mailed to Violations Processing Center, ATS Camera Program, PO Box 22091, Tempe, AZ  85285-9942.



Passports

Passport applications are accepted from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE, Lacey, WA.



Intercity Transit Bus Passes
Bus passes for Intercity Transit services are available for sale at Lacey City Hall at 420 College Street SE map. Adult, reduced rate, and youth monthly passes, as well as one-way and round-trip bus passes are available. 

  • Adult monthly pass; $30.00
  • Youth or reduced-rate monthly pass; $15.00 
  • Ten one-way passes; $10.00
  • Ten round-trip passes; $20.00

Pet Licensing

The City of Lacey will accept payment of pet licensing fees for city residents. A fee schedule is available through Animal Services.
