UTILITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
The city’s Utility Customer Service department is responsible for billing its customers for water, sewer and stormwater. Customers may sign up for new service, obtain account information or have their services discontinued through this department. Customer Service Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The City of Lacey Utilities will be installing an Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system for Utility Payments over the phone within the next month. Customers will now be able to pay their utility bills and get account information 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, dialing the same number that is currently used (360) 491-5616.
Payments can be made through Bill Pay Online via a credit or debit card, automatic payments through either the City or your bank or by check. If mailing a payment send to: City of Lacey; PO Box 34210; Seattle, WA 98124-1210.
