If you have been the victim of a vehicle prowl/theft/vandalism or lost property that occurred within Lacey city limits and there is NO suspect information, please download the Citizen Report Form from the link below. Fill it out completely and bring it to the Lacey Police Department and a case number will be assigned.
Although this is a courtesy report and no investigation will be conducted, it is important for the Lacey
Police Department to catalog this information to assess overall criminal
activity within the community. This information may also prove useful for current investigations that could lead to an arrest(s) and/or for the recovery of stolen property in the future.
