Protection Order Service
 | If you have been granted a Protection Order, Anti-Harassment Order, or
No Contact Order, the Lacey Police Department can serve the paperwork if
the restrained party lives within Lacey city limits.

You will need to bring:
- A copy of the paperwork to be served
- A completed Law Enforcement Information Sheet
- A Return of Service form
All
paperwork should be given to you by the court that issued the order. If you need
to apply for an order, please contact the Thurston County District Court
at (360) 786-5450.
Civil orders such as divorce paperwork or child custody paperwork
can be served through the Thurston County Sheriff's Office. If you need
to apply for an order, please contact the Thurston County District Court
