LACEY, WA, November 8, 2019: On November 6, the City of Lacey received confirmation from their payment vendor that alterations to the software used for online utility bill payments may have enabled unauthorized copying of credit/debit card data from a user’s browser window. Based on the information provided to the City, the “at risk” dates appear to be between August 27 and October 28.

LACEY, WA, November 5, 2019: The City of Lacey hosts its fourth annual Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Academy on Saturday, November 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Lacey Community Center, 6729 Pacific Avenue SE. This conference-style event features presentations from professionals knowledgeable in HOA legal issues, board responsibilities, dispute resolution, neighborhood safety, and more.

LACEY, WA, October 8, 2019: Marvin Road NE, from Hawks Prairie Road NE to 40th Court NE, will be reduced to a single lane, at times, from October 10–31. The lane closures will occur while workers install sidewalks, curbs and gutters, planter strips, and street lighting as part of the Northpoint Development project. The work will take place between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
