This Transportation Plan identifies the City of Lacey’s long-range vision for the transportation network.  The plan is coordinated with the Thurston Regional Planning Council Regional Plan., and incorporates the regional goals and policies.  Significant emphasis was placed on updating the Travel Demand Forecasting Model to correlate with existing and proposed land use.  Corridor plans for both College Street and Interstate 5 are included as appendices to the plan.  Also, the plan addresses improvements to the public right-of-way to be in compliance with the new American Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan requirements.  more »
