The City of Lacey wants feedback in order to do a good job for you. If you have suggestions or comments on how we can better serve or inform you, let us know. Please include your contact information so that we may respond to your request.

First introduced in the LaceyLife newsletter, the We Care! request card served as a key access point for concerned citizens. When you complete a Citizen Request Form (below) and click "Submit" — your request will receive staff attention on the next regular business day.

Report issues such as:

Traffic (signage concerns, signals, congestion, etc.)
Streets and roads (sidewalk repair, potholes, street sweeping, etc.)
Public landscape (fallen trees, overgrowth, etc.)
General concerns (graffiti, services, etc.)
General suggestions
