IMPORTANT NOTICE - NO LATE FEES FOR JANUARY UTILITY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AUTO PAYMENTS
We appreciate your patience as we undergo the transition to our new online utility bill payment system, and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced using the system in conjunction with automatic bill payments.
The City is waiving all late fees assessed in January to accounts that use the automatic payment system with a debit or credit card. If you received a late fee notice in the mail during January, there is no need to include the fee in your payment; it will be removed in the next billing cycle.
As a reminder, to use the new online payment system, you must create a brand new account, even if you had an account under the old system. If you previously set-up automatic monthly payments, you will also need to re-enter your payment information. See instructions above!
