How to Enable TLS 1.0 in Internet Explorer
- In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Scroll to the Security section (near the bottom of the list).
- Check Use TLS 1.0.
- Click OK.
- Continue to the Utility Bill Pay Online webpage.
