THE COMMUNITY
Volunteer Opportunities
The City of Lacey offers outstanding volunteer opportunities
for individuals and groups looking for meaningful avenues to make a difference
within the community. In fact, Lacey residents contribute more than 10,000
hours of volunteer service to municipal projects and programs annually.
Whether you're interested in helping to shape the future as a participant on the Planning Commission, enhancing local recreational opportunities as a member of the Board of Parks
Commissioners, preserving local history through the Historical Commission,
improving the environment with a habitat restoration project, guiding the future of library services, or providing
safe and enjoyable venues for young people to socialize by assisting at a youth
or family event, you'll be helping to make Lacey an even better place to live,
work and play.
For more information on all of the city's volunteer programs, visit our Volunteer Opportunities page, or call Lacey City Manager's Office at (360) 491-3214.
