REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): Sub-Area Strategic Planning Project—Woodland District. Thurston Regional Planning Council (TRPC) and the City of Lacey seek to contract with a qualified firm to conduct a strategic planning project for the City’s Woodland District. The selected consultant will be pivotal in the development of a strategy building on previous planning efforts to facilitate development, re-development, and investment within the district and to achieve a mixed-use district containing residential, cultural, retail, and office uses. Statement of Qualifications are due by Friday, May 25, 2012.
